Terms of Use

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended solely for consenting adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into this agreement; how we ask and enforce that is set out in the Age Verification Policy. The Service is a private companion for two adults in a consensual relationship. You may not use it to record, involve, or depict anyone who is under 18 or who has not consented.

2. What the Service is

My Dynamic is a private tool for a couple to organize their relationship — for example agreements, routines, tasks, check-ins, journals, and shared records. It is a tool for your own use. It is not a substitute for real-world communication, negotiation, or safety practices, and it is not professional medical, psychological, legal, or relationship advice.

3. Consent, safety, and conduct

Because of what this Service is for, these rules are essential. The Content Policy sets them out in full and forms part of these Terms. You agree that:

• Everything you and your partner do through the Service is safe, sane, and fully consensual between adults.
• You will not use the Service to coerce, threaten, monitor, or control another person without their genuine, ongoing consent.
• You will not upload or record any content involving a minor, a non-consenting person, or anyone who has not agreed to take part.
• You will not use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, harm, or exploit anyone.
• You are responsible for your own real-world safety, including safewords, limits, and check-ins that happen outside the app.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Content you add is shared with the other member of your dynamic, so choose who you connect with carefully. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service for you and the other member of your dynamic. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

My Dynamic has a free plan and a paid plan. Each person gets one 14-day free trial of every feature, which starts with the first space they create or join; a space started later by someone whose trial has already begun shares that same trial rather than getting another. After the trial, a space that has not subscribed stays on the free plan. Subscriptions are $10 a month or $69 a year (US dollars), billed per person. A subscription covers every space its subscriber is in, and the other members of those spaces with them.

• The free plan includes pairing and your profile, chat, tasks and rules, basic protocols, check-ins, the journal, trips, consequences, the family tree, and whereabouts.
• The paid plan adds chastity and lock-ups, the pleasure log, wardrobe and outfits, goals, ideas and rewards, training guides, the calendar and reminders, calendar sync, protocol extras (photo requirements, pauses, rulings on missed protocols, and a submissive's own protocols), adding to the punishment bank, and keeping proof photos.
• Spaces that existed before subscriptions began receive their own 14-day trial from the date they begin (September 25, 2026). We may grant complimentary access to some accounts at our discretion.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the plans page ("Manage subscription"); cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep the paid features until then.
• When a trial or subscription ends, your space moves to the free plan. What you already added in a paid feature stays visible and editable, but you cannot add new items to it until you subscribe. Ending a lock-up, check-ins, the journal, exporting your data, and deleting your account are never restricted. We do not delete your content because a subscription ended.
• Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are considered case by case; contact us at the address below.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not the one you have already paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, through the Service.
• Upload another person's private information or images without their consent.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or spaces that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service or its security.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we must do so to comply with the law or protect the Service or its users. If we end your access without cause, we will make a reasonable effort to let you retrieve your content first.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. The Service is not a safety device and does not replace your own judgment, communication, and safety practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
